Project Manager for the Purchasing Department

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

  • Operational Excellence: Assist in the management of daily shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in leadership training programs and take on supervisory roles in projects and teams to develop management skills.
  • Project Management: Lead and support various projects aimed at improving operational processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

  • BA in Industrial engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • An ambition to take on future management and leadership roles within the company.
