Business development and M&A manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships across different markets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential business partners.
• Be a leading force in the company’s “deal team” with the ability to lead a transaction from the identification of the deal through negotiations all the way to closing.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact the business or the business development strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, law, accounting or an other related field (master’s degree advantage).
• MBA – advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, M&A processes, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying escorting and concluding transactions.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
• Strong deal making capabilities.
• Proficiency in market research tools and software.
• English language proficiency is essential.
