Administrative Assistant (at Ramat Aviv Office)

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

 

    • Receptionist duties and handling of incoming calls, external guests, suppliers, meetings, etc. for both floors of the office (different entrances).
    • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
    • An ongoing administrative support which includes:
      • Filing, scanning, printing etc.
      • Follow-up and control over the Invoice & payments approval procedures.
      • Amending Organizational structures as per request from the legal counsel.
      • Assistance in different reports such as to the register of companies etc.
    • In charge of Office stationery, mail, invoices, supplies, refreshment and petty cash.
    • Managing complex calendars for the senior management.
    • Coordinating flights and hotels to all company employees.
    • Assistance with XT High-tech with administrative aspects.
    • Managing all the meeting rooms and serving refreshments when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

 

  • +2 years of experience in an administrative position (including managing calendars).
  • High computer skills (word, excel etc.)
  • Reliability and discretion.
  • Order and organization skills.
  • Good interpersonal abilities.
  • High service awareness.
  • An ability to work under pressure.
  • Multitasking and proactive.
  • Fluent English.
